Stephen Foster probably never saw the Withlachoochee River down in Levy County, Fla., but neither did he ever float his boat on the Suwannee.
The latter lovely waterway of course was made famous in the song, "Old Folks at Home" by the Pennsylvania born - on the Fourth of July - Foster.
