The Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce announces a series of seminars to be presented by SCORE counselors. Each will be held at 720 Garden St. from 8-9:30 a.m. at no charge. Refreshments will be provided. The first program, “Ten Things Every Entrepreneur Must Know,” will be given by Mike Sullivan, member of the Chicagoland Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame, on April 19. This workshop will provide insights into doing business, which the typical entrepreneur may have never considered. SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentorship. SCORE has been doing this for nearly 50 years.
