Is it OK for humans to eat birdseed?

Oh God. I was yearning for a snack, and was also filling up my bird feeder, so I ate some bird seed.
Is it safe for me to do this?
The kind I ate was KAYTEE Songbird Blend.
I hope I dont' die from this! :O
