Could someone identify this yellow-black bird?

Could someone please identify this yellow-black bird that I've seen in North India? It's just a bit smaller than House Sparrow.

Thank you in advance!

Highland Park firefighter is Medieval Times falconer

Highland Park firefighter Kirk Williams prefers to wear medieval attire or hunting gear when he is not awaiting calls at the station.

The 26-year fire department veteran’s part-time job and hobby has him handling a falcon in front of large crowds or leading the impressive birds to the hunt.

For the last dozen years, Williams has been the Royal Falconer during Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament performances. When he’s not serving Highland Park or on stage in the Schaumburg castle, he’s training his own flock of birds or hunting with them at his side.

The firefighter’s schedule — 24-hour shifts followed by 48 hours off — provides him plenty of time to train his falcons and perform five shows a week at Medieval Times.

“I wanted to be a fireman because it’s a great way to help people, but my true passion and what I want to do is fly birds, hunt with birds and watch them fly,” Williams said.
