Rustic Bunting (Emberiza rustica)

Uncommon breeder. Usually arrives last days of April.
The singingperiod is very short and after that it is
difficult to find. On autumnmigration some years possible
to see in big flocks e.g. 4.9.1973 were 35 birds at the
Torankijärvi (site 1)
