I have to go to a bird exhibit for college field trip and but............?

I have this fear of looking at large birds on pictures (Owls, Hawks, Eagles, Turkeys, etc.) If I don't go, I will fail the entire course and have to repeat it over the summer.

What ways can I relax without having a panic attack?


I found that facing your fears, rationally, helps a lot. You have to repeat the truth to yourself- These birds are big, sure, but they CANNOT possibly hurt me. Birds do not attack people!
